Last Sunday, "MARS" the shih tzu finally had his first complete grooming at Animal House. We brought him around 2 in the afternoon but there were a lot of pups waiting to be groomed and Mars apparently was last on the line.

They have to place Mars in a cage while waiting for his turn. He spent his idle time watching the other puppies who were being groomed before him. We were told by the staff that they will just try to reach us via our contact numbers when he's done.
I was worried at first that his cut might end up too "baldy" since manong said that Mars got too many tangles already and it needs to be shaved. He promised though that he'll check if Mars can get a "summer cut" which he says is like a "crew cut". I was okay with any kind of cut, I just don't want my puppy ending up bald.
We picked him up around 8pm and tadah he smells so good! Plus, he looks really different. We asked the brand of shampoo and perfume that they used but decided to just buy it next time. (Will post the shampoo and perfume once we get the chance to buy it!)
Mars was so hungry he finished two servings and he even looks as if he wants more. Unfortunately, I ran out of beef pro puppy. After playing with him, we decided to let him rest and boom within minutes he had fallen asleep already.
The next day, I decided to take some photos of his new "do".
Now, I wonder how long will it take for his hair to grow back.
